OK guys, I might just make this a topic of its own in events?
Or an events section of either or both clans lounge area?

idk....

In any case, groovy and I sat down today at work and tried to hammer out most of the stuff.
Obviously it's all up for discussion. We just wanted to get a basic lay out to work off of.
The majority of it is official GB's rules with a few tweaks.

Best of three non hardcore

TDM
Domination
Search and Destroy as tie breaker

General Rules/Set Up

Spectating:Disabled
Friendly Fire:Enabled
Forced Respawn:On
Respawn Delay:None
Radar: Always On
Max Health:Normal
Health regen:Normal
Killcam:On
Headshot OnlyDisabled
3rd person view:Off
Killstreaks Allowed:All
Join in progress:No
Disallowed perks:(Meaning off limits)
OMA, Scavanger
Disallowed Weapons:1887 Shotties





TDM
5,000 pts/10 mins
Domination
Time:10 mins.
Score:Unlimited
Respawn:5 second delay

Search and Destroy
Time: 3 minutes
Bomb timer: 45 seconds
Plant timer: 7.5 seconds
Defuse timer:7.5 seconds
Number of lives:1
Score Limit: 4
Side Switch: Every round
Spectate:Team only

All maps tbd.
The best idea we had was each side pick one, and have an outside party pick the third.
After the three maps have been selected, we have the same outside party random draw the maps and assign to the modes by number

1.TDM=First map randomly drawn
2.Domination=Second map randomly drawn
3.S&D=Third map randomly drawn

A day and time needs to be worked out too.
That's going to be the toughest part.
My suggestion is we set a permanent time and day, and utilize what ever players we have available that day and adjust team sizes accordingly.

Def. no super soliders or noob tubes.

Obviously, and unfortunately, lag will come into it at some point. Would it be fair to say if anyone has, say 2 or less bars, we restart or replace the player?

Im not a fan of friendly fire either but you know groovy and his hardcore. Rolling Eyes
Im good with ditching that too.

No doubt lag is going to be a problem. Not sure how to handle it.
There's no real way of knowing who how or why. The bars act as indicaters but I dont really get how.
I can have a solid 4 bars.
Put me in a party with eat and leo and it drops terribly. My connection is not bad. Its just the routing of all the signal through the serveres.
Just having games with players from all over the world is going to cause the lag.

Its a tough one.
I'd like to hear more from some of the others participating.
I'll be honest...I dont know if I'll even have a full 6 much less some in the wings if needed.

I guess I can see why you'd not want Scavenger in there, to prevent OMA-like noob tubing. But what if you don't have a launcher? Oh, wait. I suppose you could conceivably do much the same with 'nades too, huh. Okay, nevermind.
