Using the ordered list on the Op, and a six sided die, the bracket is as follows:
This is single elimination, best of three.
I'm not sure if the game has match settings beyond time and rounds, if so, I guess keep them default.
I do advise you play a warm up match on each host first to test connections, and the player that seems to run it with the least lag for everyone should host.
If that's no one do them in singles as:
The odd numbered player in the team hosts round 1
The even numbered player in the team hosts round 2
I leave it to you guys to set up your match times, and post results.
I'll give some lee way, but at some point it goes forward if matches are not getting done in a reasonable time.
I'll decide whats up on the final four matches when we get there.
