I noticed a funny little icon in the corner of that site. I do believe that's Batboy, a commonly recurring story form the Weekly World News tabloid.
Now, don't get me wrong. I do like Batboy. Heck, he's reported to have joined up with the army with the goal of biting Bin Laden, after all. But something in my gut tells me this Facebook story might be a little fishy. Maybe it was the claim of finding Noah's Ark in Iran, or possibly the claim that Kim Jong-Il was slain by Chuck Norris. But I'm pretty sure Facebook's not going anywhere (unless it gets trouble with SOPA, of course).

doesnt seem legit. the wording of the article and the fact that they said "Facebook will be shut down in March of 2012." then "Zuckerberg went on to explain that starting March 15th of next year, users will no longer be able to access their Facebook accounts. That gives users (and Facebook addicts) a year to adjust to life without Facebook."
march 15 is 4 months away. thats not even close to a year.
