im a political junkie so i had to watch the whole thing i thought president obama did a great job presenting his agenda and making the case for actual reform hopefully the democratic party grows some balls and actually acts like they control both houses of congress now maybe just maybe they can shame a couple republicans into trying to govern also

I like that he bitch slapped the Lobbyists and that he didn't hold back on criticizing the Democrats or the Republicans for acting like kids in a schoolyard

I thought it was great. Say anything you want to about President Obama but the guy can give one hell of a speech. I was a little disappointed with his insistence on bi-partisanship despite how the last year went but I did like the smack downs he delivered both parties.
Despite the strong rhetoric given in the speech I'll still be remaining skeptical on The President's and the Democrats actual follow through on all of the things they claim they want. A lot of people I know are still bad mouthing him no matter what he does but I'm thinking I owe him AT LEAST one more year skepticism before I make any harsh judgments.

There is one big problem with the Democrats, they are divided in half and spend too much time arguing, what do the Republicans do when they control congress? They get stuff done and what do the democrats do? Try to appease the Republicans and get nothing done.
